4. Fees: You agree to pay the stipulated fees on time. Should you fail to do so Moneysurfers.com reserves the right to suspend access to the services we provide immediately until payment is made. A failure to make a payment within seven (7) days of the due date may result in the loss of any promotional rate with us and we advise you to check with your introducer if applicable, as to whether this results in the end of any bonus they have offered relating to your subscription to  Moneysurfers.com.

5. Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting supporto@moneysurfers.com. You will not be entitled to a pro-rata refund with access ending at the end of the period paid for.

6. Refunds: There are no refunds on digital media purchases, including pdf files, excel templates and online videos. The current site provides ample free access to sample content, videos and materials so that our buyers can make educated and informed decisions. If you still have any questions about the content or would like to see the table of content for the materials you are purchasing, please feel free to drop us a line supporto@moneysurfers.com with your queries and we will do the best to answer your questions. 

The clause “on profit or refunded” is available for the Surfing The Pips Course Only. If, after 1 year of live trading, diligently and exclusively applying the method  “SurfingThePips” on your live trading account, you are occurring in Losses, you are eligible to ask for a total refund of the Course price, after a deep Analysis of the 1 year statement.

7. Governing law, jurisdiction and dispute resolution

 7.1 The Agreement and these Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of San Marino

7.2 Unless any alternative dispute resolution procedure is agreed between the parties, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of San Marino in respect of any dispute which arises out of or under this Agreement.

7.3 Without prejudice to Clause 7.2, the parties may agree to alternative methods of dispute resolution, including submission of any dispute regarding fees to the Voluntary Joint Tribunal on Barristers’ Fees where the Authorised Person is a solicitor.†

 

†The parties are reminded that if a judgment or a Voluntary Joint Tribunal’s award is not fully paid within 30 days, the Barrister may request the Chairman of the General Council of the Bar to include the solicitor on the List of Defaulting Solicitors.

 

Privacy Policy

Personal Information provided by you to Moneysurfers.com may be used for the purposes of meeting our obligations to you, including but not exclusively to: provide SMS and email alerts and update, to continue to collect subscription fees, and to validate payment is made to any introducing agent. Moneysurfers.com will only disclose other information if your permission is gained, unless required by any regulatory authority, legal authority, or by a court of law.

You may require Moneysurfers.com to provide details of the personal information held about you, the purposes for which the information is processed and the persons or class of persons to whom the information is disclosed. We may charge a fee to cover the cost of the application. You are entitled to request we amend any details that are no longer accurate.

Even if you are not a registered user of our Service, if you email us we may retain a record of such email communication, including your email address, the content of your email, and our response.

If you choose to use our invitation service to invite a friend to the Service, we will ask you for that person’s contact information, which may include their email address or their social network identity, and automatically send an invitation. MoneySurfers stores the information you provide to send the invitation, to register your friend if your invitation is accepted, and to track the success of our invitation service.

Your Content

Your use of the Service will involve you uploading or inputting various content into the Service; including but not limited to: tasks, attachments, project names, team names, and conversations (together, the “Content”).

You control how your Content is shared with others via your settings on the Service.

MoneySurfers may view your Content only as necessary to maintain, provide and improve the Service; to resolve a support request from you;  if we have a good faith belief, or have received a complaint alleging, that such Content is in violation of our Acceptable Use Guidelines;  as reasonably necessary to allow MoneySurfers to comply with or avoid the violation of applicable law or regulation; or  to comply with a valid legal subpoena or request that meets the requirements of our Law Enforcement Guidelines. We may also analyze the Content in aggregate and on an anonymized basis, in order to better understand the manner in which our Service is being used.

Information We Collect Automatically
